Arity to Buy Replica, Expanding Mobility Data Capabilities
Arity, an Allstate subsidiary, is acquiring Replica to deepen mobility intelligence following its earlier INRIX deal.
Arity, a data and analytics subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining ownership interest in Replica, a move the company says will give businesses and government agencies a more comprehensive view of how people move.
The acquisition builds directly on Arity's recently completed transaction with INRIX, another mobility data provider. By adding Replica's capabilities, Arity aims to layer deeper mobility intelligence on top of its existing data assets, broadening the analytical picture available to clients in both the private and public sectors.
